Fer was the man that the thugs asked Nano to shoot in the leg for not paying his debts. Nano followed Fer to a sports ground and was surprised to see Fer meeting up with Omar. Omar introduced Nano and Fer to each other. Fer told Nano about his children, and Nano changed his mind about shooting him, but warned him to move far away.
