Montesinos House is a location on the Netflix series Elite. It is the home of Felipe and used to be inhabited by Lu and Valerio.

History

In Season 1, Lu and her father, Felipe lived in the house. In Season 2, Valerio returns from Argentina and lives in the house with Lu and Felipe. In 0 hours missing, Felipe finds out about Lu and Valerio's relationship and kicks Valerio out, believing that he took advantage of Lu. However, in Carla (episode), Lu reveals that her relationship with Valerio was consensual. As a result, she was also cut off from the family wealth and was told to move out after she turned 18.

In Lu (episode), the house hosted the Valentine’s Day Party, a party that is Lu organises every year.

Trivia

• Valerio was kicked out of the house when Felipe discovered his relationship with Lu.
• In Carla (episode), Lu invited Valerio to have dinner and temporarily stay at the house while Felipe was away. However, he came back unexpectedly, and was angry to see Valerio there.
• At the end of Season 3 leaves to go to Columbia University, hence she no longer lives in the house.
• The house has a pool.
