Teodoro Rosón, commonly referred to as Teo, is a recurring character on the Netflix series Elite, serving as one of the two overarching antagonists (along with Nano) of its first overall story arc. He is a very successful businessman, helping his wife to make their family to become one of the richest in Spain. He was born in a working-class family, but became rich enough to marry his wife, Beatriz Marquesado de Caleruega. It is said by her that their marriage was for love. He is also a Grand of Spain as consort to his wife, being entitled and stylized as His Excellency, Lord Teodoro Rosón, the Marquess of Caleruega (or El Excelentísimo Señor, Don Teodoro Rosón, El Marqués de Caleruega in Spanish). He is portrayed by Rubén Martínez.

Season 1

After Teo's watch is stolen, he is adamant about not giving in to the person who was trying to extort money from him (Nano), even though the money they demanded was easily affordable and he risked the sensitive files on his watch being leaked to the press or police. After Carla returns his watch, he does not seem concerned that someone, Marina, was murdered in the process.

Season 2

He arranges for someone to drive a car into Christian as he rides his motorcycle to stop him from revealing the truth about Marina Nunier Osuna's Death. Later in the season, when Carla reveals that Samuel was close to discovering the truth, he sends 2 people to chase after Samuel into the woods to presumably kill him.

He coerces Carla into being in a relationship with Yeray, a man that Carla has no feelings for, simply because he is a wealthy businessman who may invest in the winery to keep it afloat. He forces Carla to attend parties that she has no interest in attending and wear a dress that she doesn't like just to please Yeray.

Personality

Teo appears to be a cold and ruthless man who is not afraid to sacrifice his family's welfare for his business. He has no qualms about manipulating Carla and using her relationship with Yeray to ensure that the winery business stays afloat. He is also an arrogant man that refuses to bow down to anyone, including his own family. He threatened Carla by claiming that her mother, Beatriz, would also be arrested if Carla revealed his secrets, as Beatriz's signature was on the incriminating documents. When Nano attempted to extort money from him, he refused to pay, even though the amount that Nano requested was easily affordable.

Teo is willing to go to great lengths to protect himself, even if it means paying off hitmen to injure/murder those who may reveal his culpability in Marina's murder.

It can be assumed that he might have had a softer side in his youth considering that Carla's mother chose to marry him for love, instead of marrying a wealthier man.
