Victoria Pando is a recurring character on the second season of the Netflix series Elite. She is Cayetana mother. She is portrayed by Marta Aledo.

- She was a cleaner at Las Encinas and a housekeeper.
- Victoria was the second staff member to be fired, due to Cayetana being exposed as a fraud. However she was later rehired with the help of Polo and his mothers.
- Despite being reinstated, she was never seen working onscreen again, especially when Cayetana started working at the school after graduation. It's possible Victoria stepped down and her daughter took her place.
